OK, so this sounds so simple.. I am using a Pronto and downloaded a .ccf file for Windows Media center.

Most of the standard buttons (stop, record, play etc) work without a hitch, but the circular Up / Down / Left / Right buttons centered around OK, will work once only.

For example
- Navigating through the program guide, I can only go one up on channel (or down one for that matter).
- When I am watching TV channel 19, I can hit "up" to see what is on 18, but 17 remains tantalizing out of reach.

I have tried "teaching" the Pronto the codes from the remote, but no avail.

If anyone has the codes for Up / Down / Left / Right for a Vista MCE please post. You will make this brit very happy.
