That would be easier if available.
The codes could be created using MakeHex but it would
be a waste without knowing the carrier frequency.
What you need to know is the "protocol" and maybe the device number.
That "vendor code" would give the device number if it is correct, but I don't trust "1234". That value has me worried that whoever wrote the documentation put that in as a placeholder until they could find the correct value, then forgot to change it.
My first guess for protocol would be nec1. If "1234" is correct, it means device number 18.52
The first two digits for each hex function number should be translated from hex to decimal to get the decimal function number (0=power, 8=Ch_Up, etc.)
Besides that, I haven't had any luck pasting hex in the
850 program.
After using MakeHex, use either Hex2CCF or IrPanels to convert the MakeHex output to a CCF file, then use the Universal Browser in the MX850 editor to drag functions from the CCF.
If you are doing several functions at a time, using a CCF is faster than copy/paste of Pronto Hex. Plus that way works in versions of Universal Browser where pasting Pronto Hex doesn't work.
