You may want to try these discrete codes that I found on Toshiba's website.

Some work on my TV and some don't. Fortunately for me the Power On/Off discretes work for me which was what I really wanted. I was hoping the input switching discretes would work, but I haven't got them to work yet. I can work around that though. The HEX codes start on page 2 of the PDF. If someone could tell me how to convert the codes on page 1, that might help me. Good luck!
