Sorry I was slow responding to your email. I just did moments ago.
Makehex uses ordinary C++ 32-bit integers for almost everything, including function numbers.
I sent the source code. I guess you could replace a bunch of variable declarations with "long long" to get support for up to 64 bit function numbers etc.
