So far i have gotten Denon device 19,

Not even close.

Proton device 2 OBC 6

Looks right to me.

Proton is protocol 005C in OneForAll remotes, which might be helpful if you have a JP1 cable.
Proton device 2 is used in setup codes TV/0003, TV/0009, TV/0700, Sat/372 and Sat/571, which you might find helpful if you have a OneForAll remote, but not a JP1 cable.

kenwood and yamaha

The internal decoder in IR Tool calls almost anything "Kenwood / Yamaha". That is meaningless.

Now there is this program in the files section "Sony PC
Programmable Remote Format Generator" which can be used
to create codes in a format the Sony can work with.

I doubt that it covers Proton protocol, but I'm not sure.

Not knowing enough about formats i am unsure what any
of the above formats are whether they are NEC1, NEC2,

No, it is not any form of NEC protocol. The "Kenwood" and "Yamaha" referred to in the IrTool output actually are NEC protocols. But the internal decoder in IrTool is nearly useless most of the time and completely wrong (about everything other than carrier frequency) this time.

if i get the right decode then it would
be easy.

The right decode it Proton. Does that make it easy?
