. The Chicago Tribune also has a help-line. The lack of code is the problem with my 19". I bought it in march 2007, but didn't try to use cable box with it until Oct. 2007. I have my receipt and called Target, asking them to simply allow me to replace outside the warranty since a TV without a code really doesn't do much good. Customer service supervisor tried to bounce me back to the manufacturer. Finally refused to allow me to replace. Wasn't until I found this that i realized there was an issue.
