as a point of interest however, i use a speakercraft LTM
to blast the codes, usually every code i test as it's
emitted from the LTM makes the green indicator led flicker,
all the learnt denon codes for the tuner do this but the
codes posted by Jason don't, is there anything in this??

What green led? (I know nothing about the speakercraft LTM and next to nothing about the Tuner). Is the led part of the LTM or part of the tuner or what?

If it is on the tuner, maybe it flashes for codes that are understood, or maybe for all codes that are the correct protocol even if not understood. Maybe that is telling you the device doesn't understand Denon Kaseikyo protocol at all.

If it is on the LTM, that seems to indicated it isn't really sending those signals. What's involved in making it send the signals (so I might guess what aspect of that might not be working).
