The way these A/C's work is the remote spits out a full set of values for the console depending on the settings currently on the remote. Best way to sample them is first set the remote to Auto for mode, fan, vent angle etc and run through the range of temperatures you want. When you increment the temp, the remote waits until you have finished fiddling and transmits a long RECS80 style code. You'll end up with codes for 18, 19, 20, 21 degrees etc. with the other settings that were current when you sampled them. Works fine with my Joey remote but I don't have pronto hex for them else I'd post them here.
