Can anybody explain to me how to get into the service mode for this TV so I can alter the width & height etc of the picture as it has major overscan problems and both Philips and the shop I bought it from won't help me! Do you need an RC5 code to get into the menu and then use the joystick for example? Please help as no-one else will! Thanks.
