I know this may be a general Sat question but does anybody know how to erase or change the lock code in the menu of the Toshiba DST 3000

We have one at the shop for setting up dishes and someone turn the lock on and now no one remembers doing this......

Will I have to prove some secret alliance to The Toshiba People to prove that we are a dealer and need some assistance or could someone email me the information so as to not post it for all to see!

The menu for aiming the dish still worked fine but the unit was locked from receiving any channels....
