Does any one know of a GOOD, SOLID, HONEST,and CAPABLE, progammer/integrator in the Newport Beach area? My sister in law visited us here in Texas and after seeing our Pronto (TSU2000) with network icons, one button macros, all discrete codes etc. she stated that is what they have been looking for in Newport Beach. They have seen neighbors Creston or AMX systems and do not like the user interface, size, bulk, etc. The Pronto size it what they have in mind. I suspect they would would want color (TSU6000).
I believe the current system is mostly Sunfire and a Sony XBR rear projection. The original installer fell short of making it a user friendly system.
Doing the job right, showing up on time, etc. will be far more important than cost.
