Yeah, I KNOW it's appreciated, but unfortunatly I work for a boss that really dosen't show it very much. I would love to hear 'good job' occasionally at least. Sometimes something as simple as that is worth more than any bonus....

Stroking an installers ego won't make him lazy, it will make him work harder....I imagine there are a lot of installers out there who are extremely proud of their work and would like to get a 'back slap' out of it at least!
