Don't use the the disc that ICS creates...you don't need it. On the 98 machine(or whichever one you're using to share) ICS should have set the 2nd NIC card to have an IP address of 192.168.0.1 (Or. 192.168.1.1). On the second machine you need to go to it's network properties for the network card and give it an IP, something like 192.168.0.2, 192.168.1.2 (depending on if the first machine is 0.1, or 1.1). For the DNS and Gateway settings, put in the IP address of the first machine, again: 0.1, or 1.1
