Network like crazy. Decide what geographical area you want to cover, type up some brochures about what services you will over and hit the streers. I would start with new housing developments. Just walk into the construction trailer and talk to the super. Ask for contact info at the main office. Bring donuts or breakfast buritos, you'll probably end up with more business than you can handle. Also, do make sure you have all the proper insurance, etc. One bad incident can put you out of business for good. If I were you I would also start a business plan and update continually. Something about having a plan on paper helps keep you on track. Good luck.
