Go into the menu of the DTC-100 and select number 7, assisstance.

Then select number 8, monitor setup.

Select number 2, retrace timing.

Select Short retrace (EIA 770.3 Timing)

Select continue, then power off the DTC-100.

Power up the DTC-100 and that should take care of the problem.

We've had to make this adjustment for every DTC-100/Pioneer plasma we've had to install.
