Can anyone help me, I just purchased a labtop computer with no serial port connection. I also purchased a docking station that will convert one USB port to a serial port connection, the problem that I am having is that the docking station only gives you com4 and I beleive that the pronto edit needs a com1 or com2. Is there any way to change the settings on the pronto edit so that it looks for com4. I would greatly apprceiate any help or support.
