I think Ken assumes since you are posting in a pro's forum and since many or I dare say almost all don't have password issues he was probably wondering how much you actually could help your clients with tech issues since you seem to have a very basic password issue that non tech people don't have a problem with. I however would not have made a personal attack on you but your post rubbed some people the wrong way.
