Yes, that is interesting because I do have the "remember my password" option set to "yes" in my account management options. But in my case, and others, it obviously doesn't work. And I do have cookies enabled.
My guess is that if a user cleans up the cookies on their PC, the system at Remote central cannot recognize them anymore. Even if they enter their password and submit another cookie, the system is still probably looking for the old cookie.

So your experience is different than some other users that are expressing their opinions and the only way you can express yourself is to call people idiots?
