Anyone have any RF issues with the TCM-3RF? And if so, what did you do to remedy them?

On the current setup I'm doing, everything seems to work fine, then all of the sudden, it seems the TCM-3RF no longer sees the remote. It was working fine until the "Low Battery" warning popped up. I put the remote on charge for roughly half an hour, then tried to test something, and the remote would not transmit anything. I've tried re-orienting the TCM-3 antenna with very little success.

I re-downloaded the file, and it started to work. Very wierd.

I don't want to have a pissed off client, especially one that's 150 miles away, developes this problem, then demands me there yesterday to fix it.

I welcome any suggestions here.
