I would suggest calling an expert that is located in your area. Posting for this type of problem on a website with out someone actually seeing it is very hard to diagnose. If there is a way to fix it then it may require special equipment which once again the ISF guys are trained for and have. Getting the best picture from your display is what they do. It makes a huge difference in PQ.
