I hesitate to tell you this since it may open up a can of worms. I believe Crestron does have a way to do this but you would have to send it back to them. They may or may not help you depending on the situation. The issue is that the touchscreen design and programming is often considered the intellectual property of the creator. So as the owner, you have the right to use it, but not necessarilly have access to the source code.
Bottom line is that if you are the one that created it, they might help you. Otherwise, I doubt it. And ot be crystal clear, I am not saying they CAN do it, only that I think they can.
