What remote system are you using?
I have a similar situation with an Elan Via! Music keyboard. The keyboard is the only way to navigate in the advanced menu, and it is causing a lot of headaches. Audioplex has sent me a special unit I am going to try tomorrow. I will let you know how I make out with this piece.
