Tell me you purchased your set from an ISF trained dealer...call your retailer, and have them adjust it for you; there are many reasons that the service codes are not given to end consumers, for instance, an accidental reset of the eprom will render your set virtually useless! Yes, it is a minor adjust, but under warranty you should have the seller or their servicer take care of it.
