I haven't had applications where I have compared the price of Radio RA to the Grafik Eye, but the Grafik Eye is completely reliable.
Its one drawback for retrofit is that it requires a really deep electrical box. Chances are that, even if the existing electrical box is the correct width, you will not be able to retrofit it without ripping the wall apart to get at the flex and conduit connectors so you can replace the electrical box.
