The regular Pioneer plasmas require the use of the DVI interface and receiver resulting in limited cable length between the receiver box and the plasma itself. This can be a pia for in wall mounting especially if the equipment is in a closet or farther away than about 30 feet. Check out the cost of DVI cables longer than the supplied cable.
