The major difference like shoe mentioned is the warranty. The commercial version has a 1-year basic warranty that requires you to take it in to get serviced at the local Fujitsu plasma repair shop. The residential version is a 3-year in-home warranty so if it breaks, they pickup the tab to have someone come out to your house an attempt to repair it on site. Or they will take it in and fix it at no cost.

Also residential is silver vs charcoal, and the optical filter on the residential unit is thicker, so the picture is not as bright and clear. The funny thing is that plasma's put out less EMI than a normal CRT tv so go figure!
