I purchased a pronto for 2 years now, It is one of the most wonderfully remote I have ever come Across, I had problems learning to the remote, and I call North American Support and I was fully satisfied, I think the persons there where Jamaicans, Turns on I held the device incorrectly. Anyway, I think it is a wonderful unit, maybe you should try the American model...lol, I before I bought the remote I was looking for another type but none was available.
