Let me clarify "customers as a commodity". I don't consider my customers as a commodity. We strive to develope an understanding of our customers needs and wants. As far as being up front with costs, we do it in writing. Yes, we are busy because of a well deserved reputation and referals. I'm sure the internet shopper considers our prices a rip off.
