The more I use the MX-500 the more I come to respect just how powerful it is, I know that it's not PC-programable but, since all of the guys at my shop got together and decided on a standard layout (useing the "Push and Hold" macro's we seem to be having a lot less headaches with customer stupidity.
One of the other guys I work with has suggested that we try out the ProntoNeo, But we haven't convinced the Boss yet, What do you guy's think, Neo or MX-500?
