Mike, unless you're Sam's relative or have a financial stake in Runco why the outburst. I 've had personal assurances that did not last 48 hours from the head man himself as far as service commitment goes. I will not call you names. I'm just an extremely disappointed and betrayed Runco dealer. BTW, we installed a CL500 last week and the runco projector ceiling mount came without any screws. This could happen with any manufacturer but so far it's only been Runco for me.
