Shoe is right on the money, although a little angry it seems. I installed for a Runco dealer for years, and it was great while all they did was CRTs. But as soon as DLPs & plasmas got in the mix, the trouble started. Tech support, which was now very necessary, was limited to whomever wasn't smart enough to avoid the phone call. While sitting in training out in Hayward, I heard the receptionist on the intercom asking for tech support to pick up line X many times, followed by "you get it", "no, you get it". They have a few guys who are very good, but are also very well shielded from the outside.
Runco - they're great, when they work.
