Runco is an entirely sales motivated company that charges insane mark ups for little value added. They just bought Vidikron which should fit into their undependable service scheme very well. VX 101, the worst POS of all time. And Sam will give you promises of improvement but with great products like Sharp, Marantz, Faroudja ( Sam Runco's jealousy object) and JVC you have to be insane to trust Runco. I will never spec one again
