Matt,
In the Intellifile II software, go to Edit IR Library, find your saved power commands and open them (double click). In the Code Pattern box, check Adjust Repeat and check Burst Mode, then set the Number of Bursts. As you increase the number, you'll notice the Total Time for the command increase. You can Test you settings from here as well.
