I have a three year old Pronto and I had just updated my custom ccf on ProntoEdit. Now I can't get it to download to my Pronto. On the Pronto I have tried reset with no luck. I even reverted it to factory specs. I can program buttons on the Pronto screen to work my TV like turning it Off or On but still can't get my ccf file to download back into my Pronto HELP, I don't know what else I can do.
I get these details on my computer when it tries to download:

COM1:does support 115200 baud
COM2:opened but know response from RC device
COM3:does support 115200 baud
