Thanks for your input guys. For clarity sake, I am refering to mechanical problems... as in press the offending button several times but much harder than normal and it will start working again.

May just be a fluke thing and was just wondering if any others had hit the problem lately.

We have Intellipads installed over 10 years ago that are still working fine, and have never had a lot of trouble with them over the years, so I was testing the waters to see if some bug had crept in like a bad batch of switches.
