I have tried to unsucessfully download the Tsu 3000 software from philips' website. Is there an XP compatability problem? First I get an Internal error message 2762, I then re-install and try to open program and I get a message " Could not load info from registry, application not installed properly, re-install" Anyone have any ideas?
