Yes, I speak fluent Spanish. The certification is not just pointing the dish, but to have a "propper" instalation. How to ground a system properly as per code, the correct way to mount a dish, (Drywall screws on the top of a doublewide trailer is not correct!)limitations of how long you can reliabily run RG-6, etc. The emphisis is on doing the job professionally, and not taking short cuts.
