Well, First thing is to do one of two things.....

Schedule the correct amount of time for a given job

OR

Find out why your installers (Or you) are not getting the jobs done in the time your alotting.


I will NOT push back scheduled jobs because a current job added more stuff. We will complete what was scheduled, and if time allows, begin another project or addition, but if there isnt enough time to add those other 2 rooms of speakers, they go to the back of the line (Currently 2-4 weeks with 4 two-man Crews). Of course if time opens up, we do our best to get back sooner.....
