Yo!
VERY similiar experience, except for level II. 3 years in the industry. Have intstalled systems from $2000.00 to over $1.5 million (one time, won't ever happen again, 8 months in pre-wire alone!)
I'm a Field/Project manager @ $22.00/hour, plus personal/company vehicle paid for, full bennies and full discounts on gear.
