The Playstation does not support Digital Video Output. But thats not what we're talking abut anyway.....
Do you have a standard video lead going up to projector as well as the componant? If not, you need to do one of 2 things....
Purchase a Componant video adaptor for the PS2 and use one of the rear inputs of the receiver,
OR
Run a Standard video lead up to the projector and switch the projector input when you want to use the PS2
