What are the practical differences between RGBHV 2GHz cable (RG6 or 59 equivalent) and 450MHz cable (RGB "mini")? My needs include multiple video runs for local sources including progressive DVD & HD cable boxes, and component HD-capable runs to plasmas.

Is length the only issue? I prefer better cable, but would rather have a smaller bundle if it'll do the same job, not to mention lugging the spool to the job.

And I prefer to avoid video-over-CAT5 if possible.

Any advice appreciated.
