velodyne subs don't have on off codes only toggle power. but why you need to turn the sub on and off anyway? set the sub to auto power. if you don't wanna do that plug the the sub to the power managmant system so when you shut the pre amp or av unit off sub will go off. by the way velodyne ir codes are in the crestron database, get the latest 16.0.0 database
