I have not programmed that exact unit but have done many others and they are really easy and Roger Soucy tech sales mgr. is the best and the tech. dept is easy to reach and will do all they can to help you. Their systems are good for small systems with 1 maybe 2 occupants any more than that and your asking for it.
The drawbacks are 1. They hate being left on for long periods of time tend to need to be restarted.2. The IR frequency bandwidth is narrow requiring the use of interfaces for some equipment. Very voltage dependant one small spike or variable and your down...easy fix but still. Other than that for the money and don't know another company who does it cheaper or better. Just my opinion!
