have a look at these...and the entire site. I have used them for several different applications, and different rings and flanges allow for carpet, wood etc...you will also find some info on the site if you need it for concrete floors.

Wiring depends on which module you customer has with the game boxes. Standard is composite, then they can add s-video, and I think now even component. As far as wiring the controllers, you may need to either call MicroSoft and ask tech support what the wiring is (or at least how many conductors it has) or buy one (ouch) and cut it apart. Ultimately then, you'd need to figure out where to get your hands on something to make the splice and plugs successful, or use the new wireless gear for the controllers.
