I just read your other threads concerning the same receiver. The first time you had just the HD signal you had the azimuth to far one way or the other. Usually when you do this when you turn to channel 100 it will say welcome to DirecTBV's newest satellite. But it can't give you picture. From the info. that you have given in your threads one of two things is happening. You just are not hitting the signal properly. Or you are stuck in a tree and can't hit all 3 at the same time. I am leaning toward the second option. It is VERY doubtful that it is the equipment. Just get as far away from the tree as you can.
