RTI, it's not that you don't know what you're talking about, it's just that you don't know ENOUGH about what you're talking about. The formula for distributed inductance in cable is 2PiFL and for capacitance it's 1/2PiFC. You're L and C are on the order of 10 to the -12, that's a lot of zeroes. Your F as I'm sure you are aware is on the order of 10 to the +3. Unless your ear can distinguish differences of 10 to the -9 (here's a hint: you can't) you will not hear a difference.
