To the best of my knowledge, RF remote signals can't be captured & emulated by anything. Otherwise, thieves could hide in the bushes & learn your garage door code as you pull in.

Even if someone made an RF learner, there's so much extraneous RF in the air it wouldn't know what it was supposed to be focusing on.
