Just at the wrong time he will acidentally push
the Menu button and then his puushing buttons
gets the settings and picture for the TV out of
wack.
If this is the only problem he is experiencing with this remote, and he likes it otherwise, you might consider taking the remote apart and removing or defeating the menu button. I've done this with power buttons on sat remotes when the satellite needs to remain on no matter what.
