You discretely made a good point. Where you buy a phone system makes a big difference. If you buy it a Graybar you will get zero support. They don't even know what "KSU" stands for. If you buy it at Capitol, you will get better support than if you call Panasonic support. Same goes for A/V gear- Capitol has the best support. Thank God for guys like you who have a passion for this stuff, as well as a deep-rooted knoledge.
