have you called the manufacturer, or checked their website for support/parts links.

I would venture you're going to find out the replacement remote is going to cost about as much as the unit.

A cheap universal might also work, albeit maybe not perfectly...they should be available just about anywhere...philips, one for all, sony...all decent, but you'll need to check the compatibility list on the back...and ALL funtions may not work on ANY universal unles they can be taught and/or programmed.
